We are looking for dedicated and committed support workers to join a highly reputable organisation at one of their various residential homes for adults with learning disabilities in the Altrincham area. Each home and service prides themselves on being well run, fun and energetic and this reflected consistently in their reports.

Alongside caring and supporting vulnerable people, you will help maintain the smooth running of the home and helping them engage in the planned activities around the home. You will need to be available to work during the day, shifts include early, lates and long days.

You will only need to have a minimum of 1 years relevant experience supporting in care however experience with people with autism will help you greatly.

Pay rates are competitive, starting at a minimum of £9.00 per hour and includes the opportunity to do sleep-ins. On going training is available alongside a dedicated team of consultants who will help drive your career forwards with on going support and opportunities.
