You will be kind, caring, supportive and passionate to be successful in this role. Experience is not required as full training will be given. In addition to the ongoing support, you will have desire to make a difference in people's lives. You will have an adaptable approach, with the goal of helping the service users enrich their lives, and truly live life to the fullest. You will be flexible and have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to be able to encourage our service users to be the best they can be and build positive and strong relationships them.

You will be willing to develop personally, as this job role includes the commitment to achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.


Specific Roles and Responsibilities:


- Provide 24 hours personal care, and holistic enabling support
- Show passion, commitment, enthusiasm, and drive in your role.
- Work, sleep-in support shifts
- Help develop and nurture service users with severe complex needs to enable independence.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach and to be a good role model to others.


Benefits:

- Starting salary of £18,533.00
- £70.42 per 9-hour sleep in shift / £62.64 per 8-hour sleep in shift.
- Additional £111 per month for on call shifts.
