Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity working with adults with learning disabilities?

You will be supporting service users within a challenging environment doing day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning and social events. You will need to keep accurate notes and records to complete individual support plans and activities.

The service users may present challenging behaviours at times, so a understanding and calm nature is required. You must be flexible in order to work ad-hoc shifts.

It is essential the ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience of working with adults with learning disabilities/challenging behaviour or mental health issues, or alternatively 6 months experience and a completed NVQ in Health and Social care. It is also a requirement you are on the DBS update service.

The hourly rate a generous £8.43 per hour with holiday pay to accrue.
