Job Description

We are looking for Experienced Support Workers for our temp team who are able to work in the Runcorn area for a Learning Disability service for days and sleeps.

BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

You must have a passion for working in care and a friendly and enthusiastic outlook. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and want to make a positive difference to the lives of those that they support.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in different locations, various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, hardworking and determined.

Applicants must have a proven background in health and social care or will have an NVQ or QCF level 2 or above in health and social care.

The pay rate for this role will be £8 or higher per hour and the benefits will include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, pension scheme, 24 hour support 365 days a year, reward and recognition and the potential for a permanent job.
