Job Description

BS Social Care are looking for individuals with experience within the Health and Social Care sector to join our ever expanding team of Social Care professionals.

This organisation provides support to adults with Mental health needs or Learning disabilities within the UK in a variety of settings such as; residential or supported living.

For this role you will be supporting 3 female residents with both mental health support needs and learning disabilities. Your duties would include; general support, prompting for personal care, assisting with changing and dressing, going into the community and enabling them to be more independent. You will not be lone working and this role does not require any moving and handling or use of hoists.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in different locations, work various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, respectful, hard working and punctual.

You must have proven recent experience within the Health and Social Care or will have an NVQ or QCF Level 2 with the relevant recent experience in a similar role.

The pay rate for this role will be £8 per hour and the benefits will include; Double pay on bank holiday, accrued holiday pay, reward and recognition, refer a fried scheme and the potential for a permanent position.
