Support worker needed in Nailsea/Backwell. Waking nights and various shifts available.

This home has an amazing feeling as soon as you walk through the door; you`ll be made to feel really welcome. The Manager, Erica, has a open door policy and you`ll be welcome to go to her with any issues which may arise.

An overview of the home you`ll be working in. The people who live here are characterful (and so are the staff). You`ll be giving them the support to enable them to live as independently as possible. Some of the duties will be really enjoyable but also some will require you to muck in with the rest of the team when the people who live there need care.

As your personality is the key point here, all I`m looking for is 6 month's experience with a relevant qualification or 12 months without.

The service has great access to public transport so getting there almost anytime is easy.

You`ll get £8.50 per hour but we`ll pay more for nights.
