This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established charity based in Congleton who promote the independence, inclusion and well being of people with care and support needs. The organisation works closely with the people they support and their families to deliver a high quality service.

Suitable candidates will hold relevant experience working with and supporting adults with learning disabilities. You should have a good working knowledge and be able to use your own initiative as and when needed, hold very good communication skills as well as being approachable and sensitive. You must be flexible to work on a rota which may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Drivers are essential, experience supporting and working with adults, with learning disabilities is desirable and you will have at least an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) or be working towards.
