Job Description

Learning Disability / Mental Health support workers - required in the Leicester area.

We urgently require support for services within Leicestershire.

Are you looking for a temporary role with flexible hours?

Do you have experience working with Autism and have good understanding of mental health? If so, this may be the job for you.

BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

We are currently looking for Support Workers who can work in various services across Leicester. We require candidates who have a passion and drive to support those who use the service in achieving their goals and help promote independence. The candidate would need a good understanding of working with Autism. Restraint training is desirable for this role, as some areas with this service support those with challenging behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of and experience working with mental health/learning disabilities, and autism, be flexible, calm, reliable and hardworking. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, but not essential.
