You would be working in a 5 bedroom residential service for younger adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health issues

Supporting independence is a key focus. We will involve people in planning weekly menus and managing every day tasks more independently. We encourage and support people to try new things, like going on holiday or to the local college. We even supported one person to do a sky dive!! How would you like to be the next person to do something like this? We always celebrate achievements and successes.

You will earn a minimum of £8 per hour
