Job Description

Are you an experienced mental health support worker looking for a new, unique and exciting opportunity? Do you like working flexible hours within different working environments?

A reputable Brighton based clients are currently looking for dedicated support workers to support their adult service users. This service provides support for individuals aged 23-32 with mild learning difficulties & mental health issues.

The service user`s live in their own homes which are sub contracted by our client, who then provide support to the individuals based on health plans etc.

Your role will include

Encouraging independent living
Going to individuals homes and supporting them with their needs
Use the support plans for each service user
Any other relevant tasks to ensure the smooth running the environment.

This does NOT require any manual handling or medication administration.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 12 months relevant experience or 6 months with a relevant qualification.
