This organisations is nationwide with a number of different services based within the North West area. The provide support to adults who have learning disabilities or mental health support needs with in residential or supported living.

BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

For this role you will be providing support to adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting. There are currently 3 residents within the service at the moment and they are currently at full capacity. Your duties would include; personal care, domestic duties, general support, one to one support and going into the community if required.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in different locations, various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, hardworking and determined.

Applicants must have a proven recent background in health and social care or will have an NVQ or QCF level 2 or above in health and social care.

The pay rate for this role will be £8 per hour and the benefits will include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, pension scheme, 24 hour support 365 days a year, reward and recognition and the potential for a permanent job.
