This organisation are charity who have been providing life-enhancing person centred support to people who a variety of complex needs. They are one of the largest UK`s health and social care charities and they are currently supporting around 1,200 people across the UK.

BS Social Care are looking to expand their team of health and social care professionals. They are well-known for the excellent quality of staff they provide to clients and their amazing working relationships with their employees.

Within this job role you will be supporting people with mental health. This may include personal care, meal preparation, channelling behaviour, assisting with daily duties and accompanying them within the community.

The ideal candidate will be able to be flexible with shift patterns, work at different locations and will be patient, reliable and calm.

To be successful you will have to have a proven recent background within health and social care or have an NVQ or QCF level 2 or above in Health and Social Care, with recent experience in the health and social care sector.

The pay rate is £8.00 per hour and the benefits will include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, reward and recognition and 24 hour support, 365 days a year.
