Job Description

Our client is a nationwide organisation who has a number of different services across the North West area. They have 20 years in providing support to adults with mental health support needs and learning disabilities.

BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

Within this role you will be supporting adults with mental health support needs within a residential setting. There are 2 residents within the service who are very able bodied so there is no personal care or medication involved. You will only be providing general support throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in different locations, various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, hardworking and determined.

Applicants must have a proven recent background in health and social care or will have an NVQ or QCF level 2 or above in health and social care.

The pay rate for this role will be £8 per hour and the benefits will include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, pension scheme, 24 hour support 365 days a year, reward and recognition and the potential for a permanent job.
