Job Description

BS Social Care are working with a leading provider in the Health and Social care sector for Mental Health support.

You will act as community floating support for clients with mental health and complex needs in their own homes and temporary in-reach support after being discharged from hospital. You will be expected to support clients with daily routines including housing, finances, employment and access to community services.

The ideal candidate will use a person-centred approach, creating personal support plans and risk assessments to further help and support both practically and emotionally, helping clients to gain further independence and develop personal and life skills.

To be considered for this role you will have experience supporting people suffering with mental health problems.

You must be able to provide eligibility to work in the UK such as a driving license or passport and hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service to be considered for this role.

Working hours will be decided on a weekly rota, on-call duties will also be required. Shifts include Days, Evenings and Alternate Weekends. Please note this is a temporary position, 3 months fixed term but likely to be ongoing.
