Housing Support Worker (Night Security) - Wellingborough, UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Pattern: 10:00pm - 03:00am
  • Occasional Weekend: 09:00am - 05:00pm
  • Hourly Pay: £12.21


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and secure environment for residents during night shifts.
  • Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
  • Assist residents with any needs or concerns during the night.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to security and support.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a housing support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
  • Basic first aid certification is an advantage.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
