Housing Support Worker (Night Security) - Wellingborough, UK

Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Pattern: 10:00pm - 03:00am
- Occasional Weekend: 09:00am - 05:00pm
- Hourly Pay: £12.21
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and secure environment for residents during night shifts.
- Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- Assist residents with any needs or concerns during the night.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to security and support.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a housing support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Basic first aid certification is an advantage.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
