Job Description

I have a rare and exciting opportunity for you to work as a Support Worker Nights, in an established national company in Burnham-on-Sea. You will be working with Adults, who have Autism and learning disabilities.

The day to day duties of this role will mean that you are supporting the service users to live independently and delivering a high standard of care. This role may involve personal care.

You will need a general understanding of autism, and whilst qualifications in health and social care would be desirable, you would be supported to achieve these as part of an excellent training and development programme.

There is a big focus on YOU as a person. If you are passionate, have a calm demeanour, are patient and understanding then this, is the role for you.

This is for a Fixed Term Contract running until January 2021.

This position is for 27.5 hours per week.

Salary; £8.45 p/h
