So a bit about the job... Supporting adults with learning difficulties can be one of the most rewarding jobs you can do. You`ll be helping people build friendships, help them aspire for more and giving people the choice to do what they want to do with their life.

You being confident and having a genuine caring attitude would be fantastic. You need a years experience working with people who have learning disabilities, or even more would be even better. You`ll be supporting adults with mild to moderate forms of learning difficulties. There is no challenging behaviour.
