Job Description

Brook Street are looking for an experienced support worker to to help with an Assisted Discharge Service in Southampton. The role will be assisting service users in transportation to home from Southampton General Hospital after appointments.

The Support worker will be there to transport the Service user home and set them up with comfortability and make sure the heating is on, lighting sorted and no heavy lifting, making tea etc.

The role will be paying roughly £8-£10 an hour - still to be confirmed and will be dependant on experience. The hours are 10-6pm or 9-5 depending on availability.

The start date is due to be in mid January so the ideal Support Worker will be available to start then.

The client is looking to have an informal chat with he ideal Support Worker on the 24th of December or from the 3rd of January onwards.
