They are seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to work in their services in Sutton. The ideal candidate will support the service users with learning disabilities, autism and brain injuries through daily living, personal/ intimate care, budgeting and finance as well as education and employment.
To be successful, the right candidate must have the following essential experience and skills:
-Ability to support, empower and promote the rights of people with learning disabilities.
-Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role such as using hoist, pushing wheel chairs.
-Good organisational and communication skills.
-Personal motivation and enthusiasm.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Good numeracy skills.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with:
-£17,027 PA + Double pay on bank holiday.
-28 Days holiday. (Will rise to 38 days depending on length of service)
