Support Worker
📍 Whitchurch, SY13
💷 £25,057.50 per annum
🌙 £63 per sleep-in (approximately 3 per month)
🕒 Full-Time & Part-Time Available
🚗 Full UK Driving Licence Required - Must be willing to drive a minibus
We're looking for caring and compassionate Support Workers to join our team based in Whitchurch, SY13, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
- Assist with daily living activities and routines.
- Promote independence, life skills, and community involvement.
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate records and follow support plans.
- Participate in sleep duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to drive a minibus
- Caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Good communication and IT skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
