We are currently seeking passionate Support Workers to join a brand new Supported Living Service in the Accrington area, supporting Young Adults with Learning Disabilities.

Working for an fantastic organisation who are the UK`s largest provider of specialist autism services. They bring passion and expertise to the lives of 100,000 autistic people every year.

As the Support Worker of this brand new Supported Living Service you will be responsible for providing effective and inspiring support to the lives of Young Adults with Autism. You will support with the development of life skills and create opportunities. Other duties may include personal care, medication, care plans and behaviours that challenge.

The ideal candidate will have a positive can do attitude, be passionate about supporting others and have empathy. You will also have a good knowledge of Social Care and a Health and Social qualification would be desirable.

Ideally you will hold a Enhanced DBS, registered with the update service however, if not we can support you with getting a DBS in process.

This is a full-time position with a mixture of earlies, lates and sleeps with a salary starting from £17,664 inclusive of one sleep and in return for your passion and dedication their will be exciting opportunities for qualifications, training, progression and career development!!
