Support Worker - Young Adults

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to support Young Adults ages 16-25 with complex needs within a Residential Service.

You will be working for an excellent provider that high quality support to Children and Young Adults with a range of complex needs including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism.

As a Support Worker as you will encourage the Young Adults you support to be integrated into the community through vocational work and social groups, encouraging them to live independently, teaching life skills and develop the mental and physical health and wellbeing of individuals within the service.

You will be a passionate, resilient and professional individual with a positive attitude.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the Social Care fields. You will have experience managing complex situations and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £23,846 plus increments to salary in addition to excellent benefits, progression and developments. You must be flexible to meet the service needs.
