** Support Worker **
** Wyboston, Bedfordshire **
** 12 hour shifts **
** £9.18ph **
** 36 hours per week **
** 3 shifts per week rota system **
** For this role, you will have experience ideally within mental health but will consider transferable skills too **

BS Social Care are recruiting for 10 candidates with experience in care, ideally within Mental Health. It is essential that you have enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives. These roles are permanent contracts working 12 hour shifts based on 3 shifts per week.

About the employer; this is a large company supporting supports a 12 bedroomed service for people with Mental Health needs who may also have a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability. People we support are supported to understand their diagnosis and develop coping strategies to manage their anxieties, which reduce the frequency and severity of challenging behaviours.

About the job; as a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support of the people within the service including (but not limited to) help with personal care, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry and assistance with medication. Each and every person we support is unique so we encourage our teams to get creative, promoting each individuals independence, choice and dignity whilst still having plenty of fun along the way.

About the ideal candidate; it is essential that you experience in care, ideally within Mental Health. It is also essential that you have enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives. Ideally you will be a driver. A full induction plan and a training programme will be offered alongside opportunities to complete Health and Social Care qualifications and to progress into management.

This is a permanent full time role offering 12 hour shifts. We can offer 3 shifts per week. We offer a whole host of benefits;
