Job Description

Supported Living Project Manager (Service Manager)
Gloucester - £30,600 per annum
40 hours per week
Service delivery- 700 hours

We are recruiting a Project Manager for our Supported Living services in Gloucester to assist the Registered Manager to plan and develop services and to formulate the appropriate strategies and procedures.

As the Service Manager you will have day to day responsibility for the management of staff to ensure the delivery of around 700 hours per week of person-centred support services for adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated complex care needs in their own home.

We are looking for a Project Manager who:
" Experienced as a Project Manager within Supported Living
" Live within Gloucester
" Must holds a QCF or NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care
" Multi-Site Experience
" Able to manage dispersed teams
" Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
" Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
" Maintain accurate and clear records
" Financial and/or budgetary experience
" Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
" Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
" Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
