Job Description

Supported Living Service Coordinator required to join the management team for an established supported living service in the Worcestershire region.

Based in Worcester, you will become a pivotal member of the supported living team for a recognised, national provider.

You will oversee a busy and fast-paced service which provides care and support for adults in and around Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Cheltenham and Gloucester.

This is a full time role that will require the successful candidate to travel across multiple supported living settings in the Worcestershire area. You will work closely with the registered manager and locality management team and take the lead in several areas including rota and care coordination, staff management, liaising with external agencies and quality and compliance.

You will also be required to deliver hands on care and where necessary, play a key role in positive behaviour support.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be prepared to share the on call rota and work varied shift patterns including the occasional weekend.

This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled senior support worker who is seeking their next step in the supported living field or a care coordinator who would like to move into a supported living setting.

To be considered, applicants MUST:

* Hold a minimum of the level 3 in health and social care

* Demonstrate experience as a senior or above in a supported living field and/or have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities

* Hold a full UK driving licence, have access to their own vehicle and be flexible to commute across multiple sites

* Be committed to sharing the on call rota and working a varied shift pattern

In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate up to £11.30 per hour D.O.E, continued access to training and development, generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.
