Are you experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities within a supported living environment?
Are you looking to progress your career within health and social care?
Do you drive and have a minimum QCF level 3 in health and social care?
If the answer was yes, please read on!
We have a fantastic opportunity for a supported living team leader to join a supported living service in Swansea. You will be joining a fantastic well known and established organisation that supports adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and happy lives. This role is ideal for those looking to expand their career within health and social care.
Ideal candidate
- QCF level 3 in health and social care
- Experienced in managing a team of staff within a supported living environment
- Following and reviewing behavioural support plans
- Working alongside external agencies
- A good knowledge of supported living environments
- A commitment to supporting the individuals in your care to join in with community activities
- Registered to Social Care Wales
- Current and valid driving licence
