Our Public Sector client based just outside of Cardiff are looking for a switchboard and admin support to work on site on an ongoing temporary basis. They are looking for someone to provide a front line support service with the overall aim of ensuring that the services delivered are of the highest quality.
Duties may include:
- Politely answering the Switchboard and accurately transfer the calls as appropriate.
- Courteously receive patients, their relatives and visitors into the Hospital, providing directions as appropriate.
- To ensure good communication between Portering staff and Operational Services Supervisor Operational Services Supervisor, particularly with regard to exchanging information about duties which are outstanding at the end of the shifts.
- To ensure good communication between all disciplines both internal and external and inform Clinical Staff of issues relating to patients.
