Part Time Switchboard Operator - £8,500

The role of the Switchboard Operator is to ensure our clients' and customers receive a consistently high level of service and all queries are dealt with efficiently and calls are passed through to the correct department.
Responsibilities of the role;
The principle objective of the Switchboard Operator is to answer a high volume of calls quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the client or customer is answered and their request or query is dealt with to company standard.
- Working with a team of 4 operators to answer 800 - 1000 calls a day
- Dealing with issues that arise
- Liaising with different departments on a regular basis
Skills you will need to succeed;
- Someone who has previous experience within a similar role (desired)
- Strong customer focus and complaints handling skills
- Organised and efficient
Work Hours: Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to work 20 part-time hours, which will be comprised of 5hour shifts between 1pm - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive Salary of £8,500. In addition you will receive 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and free Parking. Our client is looking to hold interviews immediately with a start as soon as possible.
