Part Time Switchboard Operator - £8,500

Brook Street are proud to be working with one of the leading car dealerships in the UK. The role of the Switchboard Operator is to ensure our clients' and customers receive a consistently high level of service and all queries are dealt with efficiently and calls are passed through to the correct department.

Responsibilities of the role;

The principle objective of the Switchboard Operator is to answer a high volume of calls quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the client or customer is answered and their request or query is dealt with to company standard.

Main Duties;

• Working with a team of 4 operators to answer 800 - 1000 calls a day
• Dealing with issues that arise
• Liaising with different departments on a regular basis

Skills you will need to succeed;

• Someone who has previous experience within a similar role (desired)
• Strong customer focus and complaints handling skills
• Organised and efficient

Work Hours: Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to work 20 part-time hours, which will be comprised of 5hour shifts between 1pm - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive Salary of £8,500. In addition you will receive 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and free Parking. Our client is looking to hold interviews immediately with a start as soon as possible.
