Job Description

2 x 30h one working 7.5h Monday to Thursday on a rota between 7am - 8pm.

One working 6h shifts Monday to Friday from 09:00am-15:20pm and 10am-16:20pm on a rota.

You will have excellent customer service skills in order to answer a busy phone system and transfer calls through to relevant areas.

You will be taking calls from members of the public, the legal profession, and police amongst others and transferring these calls through to UK prisons.

Working for a government department in the Celtic Springs, these roles are subject to security vetting and full reference checks and you will be asked to provide a number of documents in order to undergo these checks.
