30 hours a week
Monday to Thursday week 1, Tuesday to Friday week 2 rotation
You will have excellent customer service skills in order to answer a busy phone system and transfer calls through to relevant areas.
You will be taking calls from members of the public, the legal profession, and police amongst others and transferring these calls through to UK prisons.
Working for a government department in the Celtic Springs, these roles are subject to security vetting and full reference checks and you will be asked to provide a number of documents in order to undergo these checks.
