Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Norwich are looking for a temporary Systems Administrator to join their team. This starts from £10.83 per hour and rises up after 12 full weeks to £11.77.

You will provide technical and administrative support to customers, managers and employees for all functions provided as part of the workforce systems service. You will attend client locations and advise on best practise along with conducting training sessions both face-face and online.

Your duties will include some of the following:
- Assist and support the Workforce systems Lead in the rollout, maintenance and development of additional functionality within the Electronic Staff Record system
- To identify and coordinate new ways of working to improve the service and the system`s performance.
- To become a system `Super User` in the operation of discoverer and Business Intelligence report writing.
- Produce and distribute ad hoc and standard workforce reports, ensuring accuracy of all information provided whilst meeting a schedule of weekly and monthly deadlines.


This is a Monday-Friday position from 9am till 5pm.
