Your responsibilities will include:
Provide support to users with general system queries
Assist in scope, design and action working processes, both automated and manual
Regular housekeeping management of in house systems
Assist in planning and execution of test schedules
Ad-hoc tasks to support all employees and businesses as required
Create and run tailored reporting processes


You should have advanced excel skills and able to work in a logical and systematic fashion. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills are required with a flexible, can do attitude
