There is an incredible opportunity for you to join our lovely team of staff in our head office as a Deputy Operations Manager, you`ll be at the forefront of making change and seeing the positive impact of your efforts.

You will provide strategic management and leadership, supporting the CEO to ensure the smooth running of learning disability services across the Dorset area.

You`ll be responsible for ensuring that all of our services across Dorset are operating to the best of their ability; liaising with service managers, carrying out appraisals and providing support where needed. You`ll make sure that our services are compliant with all current legislation

You`ll have a keen eye for detail, excited at the prospect of improving services with your ideas and have the ability to see through those plans. You`ll be motivated, good at communicating and determined to set a great example, the best leaders always do!

Experience looking after multiple sites or a large service is preferable, however we`re happy to have a discussion if you`re looking for your next career move from registered manager, if you`re a registered manager in a supported living facility; even better! You`ll have your level 5 qualification and have had numerous years` experience within care.

Salary & contract:
£29,000 - £32,000
30 hours a week - pro-rata
