Job Description
Talent Acquisition Associate
The Talent Acquisition Associate will provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruiting process. Individual will be responsible for all new hire processes and ensure on-boarding success.
Description:
- Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Partners on the end-to-end recruiting process
- Schedule candidates for interviews across multiple formats (eg: phone, Face to Face, Telepresence/VC); prepare offer letters, disposition letters and acknowledgement letters as appropriate
- Book appropriate room(s) as necessary
- Manage candidate and interview panel communications related to interview process
- Coordinate all interview request items in accordance with SLAs
- Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries as needed
- Work with the Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility teams on processing mobility forms
- Assist with Visa & Immigration requisitions as needed
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Coordinate candidate background checks and required drug testing and serve as the primary contact with the background check vendor
- Handle all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, payroll setup, etc. and maintain proper handoffs of the new hire process to the HRBP/HR Managers/HR Advisors to ensure positive on-boarding experience
- Coordinate all internal and external job postings
- Assist with the recruiting report preparation
- Respond to all internal or external recruiting related inquiries such as referral bonus policy, application inquiries, recruiting process, etc
- Responsible for record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms, etc
- Screen and handle candidates calls, resumes and correspondences as requested
Qualifications:
- Must be highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be highly proficient with automated applicant tracking systems, working knowledge of Workday a plus
- Must be quality-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately
- Must be a detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
