" Previous experience within recruitment or a similar position
" Ideally hold a CIPD level 3 or 5
" Excellent communication skills via F2F, telephone or email
" Computer literate including MS packages
" Organised and able to manage own workload, working under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
" Bright and positive attitude contributing to a small team

" Day to day you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. Proactively source candidates via multiple channels and manage candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
" Maintain and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders such as hiring managers and recruitment agencies, managing the PSL and agency fees. Oversee the LinkedIn account and the email inbox.
" Create Job Descriptions, Person Specifications, and reports from exit interviews, formulating future attraction and retention plans.
" Ensure legalities and company policies are adhered to and upheld. Provide updates to the Head of HR for recruitment in regions.
