Job Description

Our Public sector client is looking for a recruitment professional to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This would initially be a temporary role for five weeks, working Monday to Friday, full time 37.50 hours a week, working from home and paying £12.82 p/hr.

The client is looking for a recruiter or resourcer to support their numerous and rapidly growing client base. They are looking for forward thinking, innovative recruitment professionals who are able to build long-term relationships with clients to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities for this role:
* Source, qualify and screen candidates, provide qualified shortlists and candidate insights for hiring managers
* Manage the selection, presentation, negotiation, offer, closing and administrative aspects involved in full lifecycle recruiting
* Seek out ways to enhance or compliment client resourcing strategies and improve time to hire metrics
* Consistently and innovatively work with clients to identify, source and attract the best sources of talent

You must have previous experience in delivering and meeting clients' high volume and/or specialist recruitment requirements. Good analytical and organisational skills utilising management information data metrics. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Previous experience of working in a team-oriented environment to deliver results at pace. Experienced in selection, in particular sifting candidates against agreed competencies/behaviours.

It would also be beneficial if you had experience of on-line Applicant Tracking Systems, had recruitment or work experience within a UK Government organisation, IRP or CIPD qualified and a proven track record of sourcing using job boards and social media.

Please note that this role will require a clearance to be in place.
