Job Description

Talent Sourcer (Digital Sales)

We are working alongside a global IT company who are looking to expand their recruitment team. This is a contract role up to 18 months paying up to £73,500pa plus a possible 5% bonus at the end of a completed contract.

The recruiting team are looking for a great Recruiter to own the end to end hiring process for select roles across our commercial organisation. The roles you will support are critical to the success of the organization.

You will be working closely with our business leaders and other members of our Global Talent Acquisition community to develop and land top talent across the business. You should be comfortable interacting with business leaders, other recruiters and industry professionals within the industry.

Your approach should leverage technical depth and industry knowledge beyond the basics. You should be comfortable and effective at delivering optimal results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

As a member of the team, you will own engaging passive candidates for our roles, as well as managing candidates through the end-to-end recruiting process all the way to close.
You will have the opportunity to deeply understand the talent requirements, company culture and be able to articulate career opportunities that engage and sell passive talent. You must be excited by searching for outstanding talent and networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target. You'll cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful recruiting strategies which promote aggressive methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for the business. You will also be responsible for helping to assess talent via screening and interviews and help convert to hires for the business.

In addition, you will play an active role with hiring managers and business leaders to help assess their talent needs and land the best talent for their roles.
* Work with business leaders and recruiters in defining critical hiring needs to attract a diverse set of candidates for their organisation.
* Understand requirements of a role and how it fits into the organisation, including role overviews with the hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop a hiring strategy for their role.
* Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, events and pipe-lining efforts.
* Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement
* Work with teams to engage business leaders early in the recruiting cycle. You will own candidate relationships all the way to the point of interview and offer.
* Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent.
* Work with schedulers and recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.
* Research and gather market intelligence.
* Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities.
* Track candidate activity and share with internal stakeholders
* Extensive recruiting and sourcing experience
* Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
* Ability to deliver results across a team environment, and effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects and candidates.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to network and represent the organisation
