Job Description

Brook Street (UK) Ltd are recruiting a Tax Manager / Accountant on behalf of our client who are located in Balbriggan, Dublin, Republic of Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a management role within the Audit and Accounts function. The client portfolio will be predominantly non-audit and the role will involve working closely with the Senior Management Team in the following:

* Management of staff within Balbriggan Accounts team
* Lead role in assigning work, supporting staff on both planning and ultimate review of assignments
* Portfolio of client relationships including identification of cross-selling opportunities and ultimately adding value to the client
* Supporting role in business development opportunities

Criteria:

* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
* Minimum of 3 years practice experience
* Relevant experience of working in a managerial / leadership role in a busy environment;
* Strong academics be ambitious and career driven;
* Ability to manage their own workload; and
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

An excellent package is available for the right person and our client has advised that the salary will be circa €50,000 depending on experience.
