We're a leading Salon Academy and we're looking for a super Teaching Assistant to join our awesome Functional Skills Teacher in the classroom.
With Salons across London and Surrey we're known as a market leader for Fashion, Style and Trend Setting. We're Industry Leaders when it comes to our Stylist Academy but we don't stop there we offer great Functional Skills Classes in English and Maths for all our students and that where you come in!
As our Functional Skills Teaching Assistant your number one role is to support your students and helping them achieve in English and Maths as well as additional support towards their exams and general learning experience.
This is not your average TA job and it's definitely not your average learning environment.
Our academy takes on post 16 students in our very stylish head office where the students get to learn in a relaxed stress free environment.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5pm (no 8am school starts!)
We do operate outside of usual schools holidays all year round, this means YOU get to choose when you go on holiday and won't be restricted to the normal 6 weeks in the summer!

Our perfect candidate will be someone who wants to get out of the usual school routine. Somebody who enjoys helping students who actually want to be there!
We'd like you to have a background as a TA and an attitude to match our students. Somebody who can relate and speak to students of different abilities and adapt their approach accordingly would be perfect!
