Brook Street are currently seeking a Team Administrator on behalf of a Public Sector client in Saltash. As a Team Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to colleagues, learning and following procedures that are currently in place.
Main duties include:
-Inputting, monitoring and checking data
-Carrying out internal communications
-Organising and planning events and meetings
-Ensuring all urgent communication is received and distributed
-Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying and filing
This is a full-time Team Administrator position working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, currently until the end of September however there is a possibility of an extension. The rate of pay is £9.28 per hour, rising to £10.79 per hour after 12 weeks. Parking is also available on site.
