Job Description

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday
This role will be part office/ part working from home so you must be local to Edenbridge

This is a new and exciting position that will be very varied and interesting, this will be a chance to work for a progressive and expanding local business, office administration and customer service experience is essential - full training on the job will be given!

Your duties here will include:
Order processing for the global customer base
Provide support for customers and sales managers
Liaise with despatch and production teams to ensure orders leave on time
Investigating any queries on orders, lead times and deliveries
Quoting customers
Answering customer service/ sales calls
International and domestic shipments
Liaising with freight and courier companies
Support to the marketing team with administration projects

You will have strong IT skills including MS office, have excellent verbal and written communication and be able to multi task and meet deadlines.
