Job Description

Our client, a dynamic City Insurance broker is looking to recruit a Business Assistant/Administrator to support their Casualty Team.

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE LONDON CITY OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK

Your experience will be from a corporate background where you have supported a team assisting with expenses, travel arrangements and maintaining office systems and records.

This is a brand new role where you will be supporting the Head of the Casualty team taking on a wide range of responsibilities offering you variety in the role to make it your own.

Your duties will include setting up client accounts using MS Office, dealing with expenses, arranging meetings for the team, manage invoices, arrange client events and meetings as well as lunches and dinners.

There will be some international travel involved (experience essential) as well as booking hotels, foreign currency and visas.

We are looking for someone with a 'can-do' attitude with a good attention to detail, ability to prioritise, well organised who can build strong relationships within the team.
