Job Description

My public sector client based in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a team administrator to support their regional delivery team. This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday starting on £7.98 and going up to £9.94 in the 13th week.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to monitor and log formal correspondence for contracted staff. On-boarding and off-boarding of personnel and IT equipment and attending contractor performance meetings. You will also be required to support payment processes, timesheets and expenses

You must have experience of working in a busy office environment and the ability to work at a fast pace and have an energetic and flexible approach to your work. Of course strong interpersonal skills would be an advantage as the post will require interaction with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role will require strong IT skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as the ability to utilise other Microsoft Office software.
