Job Description

Our client based in Plymouth is one of the leading providers of training and support services to the UK accountancy profession, working with over 8000 firms nationwide. Over 6000 firms attend their training events and use their online training solutions.

We need an experienced and proven administrator who loves supporting a team and providing exceptional general administrative assistance.

No day is the same in this job!

You`ll be helping them with general admin duties such as drafting client emails, processing consultancy reports and liaising with clients over the telephone.

Additionally you will be responsible for monitoring and processing technical queries through their database, making sure they are dealt with efficiently and by the right team of people.

This team travel around a bit so you`ll be booking travel and accommodation for them making sure they have itineraries and tickets etc to ensure a smooth trip.
You will run routine reports from their database and in fact keep the database up to date and clean, notifying colleagues of any issues found so you`ll need a good eye for detail and a high level of IT literacy.

As with all organisations, their customers are the priority so we need someone who takes pride in providing high quality customer service to all clients (external customers and internal colleagues), taking and passing on messages, redirecting telephone calls and basically doing what ever is necessary to ensure the customer has a good experience.

We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role with high levels of IT literacy
excellent communication skills including: a high standard of written English (spelling, punctuation and grammar); the ability to proof read and edit reports; a professional and friendly telephone manner along with meticulous attention to detail
