Job Description

PA/Team Administrator
Can be based in Perth or Inverness
Salary negotiable - based on experience (circa £26,500)

The ideal candidate for this role should be enthusiastic, well organised, versatile and adaptable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition the ability to build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients is essential, as is the ability to build a good working relationship with the company`s client on boarding and compliance teams.

The role will involve:-

Support to the Scotland wide team including acting as first point of contact for enquiries to the office, responding where appropriate and liaising with the team as required:

Manage and update property management and contractor/supplier compliance data and routine reporting

Assist in issuing documents for signature, managing supplier invoices and accounts
Assist with the management of all enquiries and uploading information to the website and portals
Business Administration to the team to include in-coming and out-going mail, producing professional service invoices, helping with recovery of overdue invoices, monitoring and responding to general internal enquiries/information requests
Undertaking compliance administration liaising with central support teams
General admin duties including copy/audio typing, formatting and issuing quality, documents and reports using corporate templates and ensuring a high standard of accuracy and presentation is maintained

Person specification
Familiar with HMRC AML requirements and have proven experience in an AML administrative post
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Familiar with Property and Financial Management Systems - eg Propman
Confidentiality, Accuracy and Attention to detail
Excellent level of typing and IT skills with a full knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Able to work under own initiative, able to prioritise workloads, willingness to learn and embrace change, a bright and positive attitude, accuracy and attention to detail, enjoys working as part of a team in an open plan office, well presented and articulate
