Team and Project Coordinator

Do you have a strong Administration, Project and Coordination experience and you are looking for your next exciting opportunity, then read on!

I am recruiting a Team and Project Co-ordinator on a contract basis up to January 2021 for a company based in the heart of Leamington Spa town centre.

In this role you will find that no two days are the same and main duties include -
Liaising with internal departments and external clients regularly
Creating and maintaining records on the CRM and Proposals team
Administration of the client work from proposal through to contract and invoice
Ensuring the client facing team have everything they need for a positive client training experience

For this role you will have -
Knowledge & experience working in project and coordination position
Strong administration
Experience of diary management is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
Be able to prioritise various workloads whilst adapting to change at short notice

If you enjoy organising and coordinating, then this role is ideal for you!

Hours of work are 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday however flexibility can be offered around this also.

The salary is £20,000 - £23,000 (pro-rata) with 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown!
