** Permanent and full time **
** Norfolk (Watton/Hingham area) **
** 39 hours per week over 7 days **
* Working with people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Down Syndrome and more *

BS Social Care is currently recruiting for a Team Co-Ordinator for the Watton/Hingham area of Norfolk for a full time and permanent candidate working 39 hours over the 7 days of the week. This role works very closely with the Community Support Worker to oversee all of the team members within the area and to ensure all clients are being well looked after. This role will be overseeing the supported living services and the community care in the region.

About the employer; the employer for this role is a large organisation who works with and cares for adults with learning disabilities. They oversee the whole care process ensuring every single service user has everything that they need to live life how they choose to.

About the job; the job will include you working closely with the management team who oversee this region. You will be responsible for the care of the service users and the professional development of your workers. You will be able to deal with challenging behaviours and be an advocate for those who need this. You will oversee the timesheets and the training, you will be ensuring the health and safety is up to date and you will also be covering your direct manager during annual leave allowing you to gain more experience for if you wanted to progress.

About the ideal candidate; ideally you will have the following;

- A Level 3 or 2 in Health and Social Care
- Experience within a similar role
- Driver

A salary of £18,699 - £21,999 will be offered for a full time and permanent role alongside benefits such as pay increases, time and a hall pay on bank holidays, annual leave of 259 hours and more.
