Team Leader - Domiciliary Care
Rotating shifts - 7am-8pm (40hpw)
Location - North Bristol
Salary - £10.35 - £11.25

We are seeking a Team Leader for a leading service that provides support to adults who need it most with a range of needs/ packages.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, in team of 2 Team Leads overseeing the service across the Bristol area, supervising staff and ensuring users are receiving support as agreed. You will also liaise closely with other care professionals, to ensure that service users receive a joined-up approach.

There are rotating shift and On Call duties one week a month.

You will have experience of working in Care, level 3 in a supportive environment and will have some supervisory experience.

Driving license and a care are a must. You will also need the willingness to pursue level 4 or 5 if not having it already.
