Temp to Perm Team Leader!!

Male Team Leader required urgently to support Male clients in a Residential Service!!

Currently recruiting for a male Team leader to work in an amazing team to support vulnerable male individuals who need to be supported through their day to day lives.


Specialist residential and dementia care for older people in Edgware, London.


Details of the role:
Position: Team Leader
Location: HA8 0BF
Hours: Full time 39hrs
Pay rate: £11 to £13 p/h (depending on experience)

Working on a rota along with other team leaders.


Our client is a purpose-built service providing accommodation and support to older people, both single and couples, within 39 self-contained one-bedroom apartments. They provide specialist residential care for older people, including those living with mild dementia, in a safe and homely environment.

Duties:

Handling medication
Support plan
Staff supervision
Meeting clients
Rota/Shift leading
Personal care
Support within the community
Report writing
Promoting and ensuring privacy and dignity


You will be working in a modern, cosy living environment, located Edgware, and within easy reach of public transport.

For this role:
Pay rates from £11 to £12 per hour
