An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fantastic company in Leeds, this is a new opportunity for a growing client of ours who have recently expanded into Leeds. As a Team Leader you will have primary responsibility to deliver the services associated within the scope of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver quality by building a knowledge organisation, leading and guiding teams to build depth and breadth of technical expertise in respective functions
-Ensure all required parameters for achievement of Service Levels are complied
-Ensure implementation of quality check in place and maintain quality throughout delivery
-Ensure Maximum productivity and cross utilisation of resources
-Manage Escalations and client interactions as and when required
-Responsible for training and knowledge transfer within each business function, such as Placement, Insurer Broker Accounting, Premium processing and claims.
-Ensure all required parameters for achievement of Service Levels are complied
-Provide inputs with to the quality and training teams on various aspects so as to improve productivity.
-Day to day interaction with team members to review and provide guidance on exceptions
-Weekly interactions with line management.

The ideal candidate with ideally have ACII/CII certification and leadership skills development training. It is essential you have 4-7 years of experience in insurance operations and have managed teams of over 10+people. You will be analytical, have exceptional communication and negotiation skills as well as planning and organising skills.

In return you will receive a salary between 37,000-43,000 depending on experience, fantastic opportunities to progress and develop within the organisation, opportunities to travel, pension scheme, competitive holiday entitlement.
